Q. What are the signs and symptoms of acute sinusitis?

A. People suffering from acute sinusitis could experience any of the following symptoms: facial pains or pressure, nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, diminished sense of smell and a cough which is not due to asthma (in children).
Fever, bad breath, fatigue, dental pain and a cough (in adults) may occur. Acute sinusitis can last up to four weeks or more.
