Aurum Natronatum Chloratum (Double chloride of Gold and Sodium) is useful for nose-bleeds due to irritation and ulceration of the nasal mucosa, after repeated sinus attacks and as a result of a prolonged use of decongestants.

Aurum Metallicum 9X Aurum Metallicum (Aurum foliatum) is used to treat pain in the nasal bones and sinuses, mucus membranes that may be ulcerated and covered with crusts, excess mucus, a metallic taste in the mouth as a result of bleeding caused by chronic sinusitis attacks and infections. This natural remedy is also often used when X-rays or scans reveal that there are caries or weakening of the bones in the sinus cavities and nasal passages.

Kalium Iodatum (Potassium Iodide) is used when there is a discharge of thick yellow mucus or when there is a discharge from the nose that is runny and like clear water.
