Mercurius Sulphuris Rubrum (Cinnabaris) is useful in treating fluent coryza with secretion of thick serum-like mucus discharge. The mucus may also present itself as thick or lumpy. Mercurius Sulphuris Rubrum also aids in the treatment post-nasal drip.
