Canceling or Modifying Orders |

All orders are processed within 10 working hours of being placed. Once an order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel the order. You can however follow the returns policy for a refund.
Once an order is sent to the warehouse for processing or has been shipped out, we cannot make any modifications or cancel your order. You will not be able to make any of the following changes: add items, remove items, change the shipping address or cancel the order. |

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must report it to us within 7 days of receiving your package in order to receive a reshipment or replacement.

For US only: Should your order not arrive within 15 days please contact us and we will use all our resources to track your order. Should the product be lost in transit, it will be resent to a verified address.
For International Clients: Should your order not arrive within 21 working days, please contact us and we will use all our resources to track your order. Should the product be lost in transit it will be resent to a verified address.
Lost Orders with incorrect address supplied: Should an order be sent out with an incorrect address, SinusWars will charge the client a handling fee of $3.19 (for the first item) + $0.19 (for each additional item over the first one) + Shipping to enable us to reship another order out to you.
- Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check outside your house, with neighbours or family members if they are in possession of your product. If you still have not found your package, please contact your nearest USPS or UPS branch with your tracking number.
Tracking information indicates the package is undeliverable: If the package is returned after several unsuccessful attempts to at delivery and the address provided is incorrect we will levy a $10.00 surcharge and the balance will be credit to your account.

After receiving our products please check to see if all your items ordered are there. Should there be an item missing contact our customer support immediately or within 7 days of receiving your product. A supervisor will review your order and check the outgoing weight. This will help determine what went wrong and we will reship or refund if required.

If you have a problem ordering please contact our customer service support centre who should be able to assist you with the matter.

Most delays are normally resolved within 1-72 hours. Delayed orders are orders that require manual review or approvals from a customer to verify large orders or discrepancies. A quick email normally sorts out the delay. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused during a delay but rest assured our customer satisfaction and security is at the top of our priorities.
What may delay or cause us to cancel your order?
- If your shipping/billing details do not match your card information
- If you order is larger than $250.00 an email confirmation is required.
- If the bank holds the transaction for whatever reason - as soon as the funds are released, the goods will be shipped.
- If the transaction does not pass our security test for some reason, we will contact you to sort out the order.

Service, value and our customer’s satisfaction is key to our success and future. If you have any problems with your order, please return the items unopened within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a refund. No hassles, no questions just great service.
Please note we only accept returns on items that are unopened and sealed. If a product was damaged during postage and/or defective we will reship a new product out immediately.
Once we receive your returns we will issue a refund or reship your order.
